We create connections across communities through storytelling.
Why Storytelling?
Storytelling help us imagine something that we haven't thought of before, or help us see thing in a new light. Storytelling help us believe in possibility, recommit to our vision, and inspire us to take action. We use stories to make sense of our world and to share that understanding with others.
Why Storytelling Workshops?
From day one on, we've been making sense of the world through stories yet paid little attention to our own the telling of it. Through these workshops, we learn to express ourselves and tell our stories.
Telling our story is empowering.
Why Tiny Publishings?
Once shared, our stories become their own living thing. They form a life of their own. They open doors. They create new meanings and understandings. Our goal with Tiny Publishings is to give the stories a place to live: Tiny Publishings is where stories from S.M.U. are preserved.
It is a public library and archive.
